Lyra Early Career Partnership is a one-month engagement built on a simple engagement, founders get access to Lyra's up-and-coming engineering talent at a massively discounted rate, and in return, we get to properly onboard our newest engineers through real client work with real stakes. You take a chance on a fresh vetted Lyra hire, and we make it worth your while.

Tell us what you need (stack, problem, timeline), and we’ll review it together first to confirm we’re a good fit. Once we align on what success looks like, we’ll match you with an engineer who can drop into your codebase within a day. They work as part of your team: in your Slack, your standups, your GitHub.
After one month, the engagement ends cleanly. If you want to keep them, we move to a standard Lyra rate. If you’re not happy with the engineer after a week of engagement, we’ll fully refund you.
