From gap-filler to technical partner
The turning point came as Paraform started hiring senior engineers in person. Most agencies would have been phased out. Instead, the opposite happened.
Paraform's senior hires realised Lyra engineers were the ideal execution layer: reliable, fast, already deep in the codebase. The org settled into a structure that played to both sides, with senior decision-makers on the Paraform side setting direction and dependable Lyra engineers shipping against it.
